Your Fishing Trip

We want everyone to have a good time. So whether you are a seasoned fisherman or a beginner, we'll make sure you have a great fishing trip.

We offer half day and full day fishing charters that cater to many different groups ... Mom, Dad and the Kids or just "The Guys" (or Gals) out for a good time.

We do trolling for Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel, sightcasting for big Cobia, live baiting for big Amberjack, wreck fishing and deep water bottom fishing for such fish as tilefish, black seabass and grouper!

We are based at the legendary Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. You can book us through the Fishing Center or contact us.

We also offer small boat trips on our newest boat a 25' center console! Call for more details and rates. This is a cheaper trip with only you and the captain and also a more hands on trip.

What You Need to Know

Rates are $550 for half day fishing and $1150 for all day fishing for cash or checks booked directly through us. If you need to pay by credit card, you must book through Oregon Inlet Fishing Center.

Half days trips are 7am-11:30am and 12pm-4:30pm. All day trips are 7am-3:30pm.

A full party is six people. If you don't have enough people in your group for a full charter, you might consider a make up charter (sharing a boat). Make up charters are available through Oregon Inlet Fishing Center at 800-272-5199 or 252-441-6301.

You do not need a fishing license to fish with us.

We provide all bait, tackle, rods and reels along with ice and coolers for your fish.

We have life preservers for all adults and children on board along with the latest in safety gear.

We suggest you bring:

  • Small cooler with drinks and snacks for your trip
  • Layers of clothing ... weather can change during your trip and temps are usually cooler on the water than on land.
  • Suncreen and hat as necessary.
  • Camera and any personal items you may need.
  • Large cooler for your vehicle to take home your catch. You can buy ice at the fishing center. They can even clean and pack your catch for you.

You will meet us at the dock at Oregon Inlet Fishing Center which is located 8 miles south of Whalebone Junction on NC 12 at the north end of the Oregon Inlet Bridge.

A deposit of ??? is required to hold your reservation. Balance is due after completion of your charter.

Trips may be cancelled by the Captain due to high winds and rough sea conditions. Refunds cannot be made in advance. Cancellations within three weeks prior to the trip will only be refunded at the Captain's discretion. If you need to cut your trip short due to seasickness or time constraints, no refunds are issued.
